After the city returns to calm, the main villain gathers his old team and colludes with the alien evil force Krang in an attempt to dominate the Earth. The Ninja Turtles Leonardo (Pete Ploszek), Raphael (Alan Ritchson), Donatello (Jeremy Howard), and Michelangelo (Noel Fisher) team up with reporter April O'Neil (Megan Fox), Vern Fenwick (Will Arnett), and masked vigilante Casey Jones (Stephen Amell) to fight against the villains. After Shredder (Brian Tee) escapes custody, he teams up with the mad scientist Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry) and his two bumbling henchmen, Bebop and Rocksteady, to launch a demonic plan to control the world. As the turtles confront Shredder and his allies, they discover they are facing an even more sinister force, the main villain Krang, posing a cosmic-level threat.
