In the crime-ridden Gotham City, the insane Joker (voiced by Zach Galifianakis) leads a new wave of criminal activity with his band of villains. For him, committing crimes and provoking his arch-nemesis Batman (voiced by Will Arnett) is immense fun, but the muscular Batman easily dispatches this group of small-time crooks and hardly takes the Joker seriously. Batman's ruthless words deeply wound the Joker's heart.
