Citrus Flower The city of Shirakawa Island was once the only remaining island-city in the country, but it was decided to merge it with the city on the mainland. Mizuki Tanaka, a housewife living on the island, meets novelist Shoko Katsuragi at the city's closing ceremony—her sister who left for Tokyo 20 years ago and has never returned.
