The girl Insiya (played by Zaira Wasim) possesses a natural talent for singing and dreams of becoming a star. However, Insiya lives in a restrictive household where her mother, Najma (played by Meher Vij), often endures physical abuse from her explosive and tyrannical father, Farook (played by Raj Arjun). Insiya knows that gaining her father's support for her musical aspirations is completely impossible. One day, her mother sold her gold necklace to buy Insiya a computer. Soon, Insiya discovered that even though she couldn't fulfill her dreams in real life, the internet offered a broader stage. Insiya recorded a masked self-performed video and uploaded it to YouTube, unexpectedly receiving an enthusiastic response. The famous musician Shakti (played by Aamir Khan) also extended a helping hand to her.
