In her thirties, Rick is a doctor from Europe. Desperate for a vacation, she embarks on a journey to Gibraltar. However, her dream holiday quickly shatters. After a storm, she discovers a nearby refugee boat that has suffered severe damage. The overloaded vessel has started to take on water, and if she doesn’t lend a helping hand, more than a hundred people will drown. Despite a series of unfortunate events, she experiences friendship, gratitude, and unity in the little time she has left.
