In the deep of night, deep in the forest, two men burst into Pang Pang's home without a greeting. They are the leader and an employee of a traveling circus, searching for a runaway little tiger. Just as it happens, Pang Pang's family is not at home, and they enter the house, seeing the enormous toothbrush and chair of the panda family, which frightens them to death. At that moment, Papa Panda (voiced by Ikkyu Kumakura), Mimi (voiced by Yoshiko Sugiyama), and Pang Pang (voiced by Yuko Maruyama) return. The two are terrified by the scene in front of them and flee in panic. After a hearty meal, Pang Pang returns to his room and discovers that someone has touched his towel and trumpet, and that someone is sleeping in his bed. It turns out to be the runaway little tiger from the circus (voiced by Yoshiko Ota). The arrival of this new member brings great joy to the panda family. Not long after, heavy rain falls, and floods submerge many areas. The circus animals also face life-threatening dangers...
