The mysterious Owl Master, who has been wearing a hood for a long time, is the mastermind of the Owl Gang and hosts an underground auction. At the auction site, the Owl Master's black slaves, foreign women, and the Mona Lisa painting are looked down upon by the guests. The guests specifically want to buy the emperor's 36th concubine, so the Owl Master sends the great thief Big Steel Teeth to kidnap her. The furious emperor dispatches a general to find her but is unsuccessful, so he reluctantly sends the eloquent parrot to find the descendant of the royal guard, Fan Shilin (played by Jiang David), to take on the task. Fan Shilin contacts the heir of the Flying Dagger, Little Li (played by Wei Ziyun), and the descendant of Little Fish, Big Shark (played by Zeng Zhiwei), to embark on a journey to find the concubine. Meanwhile, the Owl Master’s side sends ninjas (played by Qin Pei) to obstruct their actions. The three, along with Shen Shengyi (played by Xu Shaoqiang) and Miss Tangmen, gradually approach the Owl Master, and a nonsensical battle is about to break out...
