In the universe, the space panda from Panda Planet fights against the dark universe's were-mice to protect its planet, which leads to a cosmic explosion. As the energy vortex of the explosion swirls, the space panda accidentally enters Earth and meets Xiao Tai, Xiao Shang, and several genetic treasures from Lucky Star Planet: Jiujiuma, Moumou Niu, Miemie Yang, Gegeji, Wangwang Dog, and Hengheng Pig. Together, they engage in funny and adorable antics. The were-mice, influenced by the cosmic explosion, transform into an energy meteorite and follow to Lucky Star Planet. After merging with a dark mouse, they become a genetic monster with enhanced power, which allows them to disintegrate the space panda's five clones. In order to save the five clones of the space panda, everyone travels through time and space, crossing the five realms of metal, wood, water, fire, and earth, to battle against the dark mouse and the five mouse kings.
