A university student, Jun (Hashimoto Ai), living alone in Kichijoji, is visited one day by Haru (Nagano Mei), a high school student looking for her deceased father's former lover, Sachiko. During their search for Sachiko, they meet Sachiko's grandson, Tokio (Someya Masaki). The three find an old tape recording of Haru's father and Sachiko singing among Sachiko's belongings, but the recording abruptly stops, leading them to decide to complete the song together.....
