The king from 800 years ago has been resurrected, leading the greedy ones to wreak havoc around the world. Hino Eiji transforms into Kamen Rider OOO to fight fiercely against the king in order to protect humanity. However, he is wounded by the king while trying to save a little girl, and at the last moment, he makes a wish for his good friend Ankh to be revived. Ankh, successfully resurrected, finds himself confused and locates Hina and others, eventually finding Eiji.
