After the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the United States launched a relentless campaign against the Taliban, who were evading in Afghanistan. Using cutting-edge technology, they deployed drones to penetrate the sandy expanses of the Middle East without obstruction. The U.S. military, far away at the Las Vegas Air Force Base, could easily eliminate enemies thousands of miles away with just a flick of their fingers. Moreover, to prevent potential harm to U.S. forces, they did not hesitate to strike against civilians in the name of "kind killings." U.S. Army officer Jack Jones (played by Bruce Greenwood) is the commander in the operational headquarters; under his guidance and supervision, young soldiers repeatedly clear enemies from the other side of the ocean as if playing a video game. However, the stark evidence of another nation's living conditions on the screen leaves Major Tommy Egan (played by Ethan Hawke) and his comrades struggling to maintain their composure... This film is based on true events.
