On Christmas Eve 2012, in the 120-story skyscraper Tower Sky located in downtown Seoul, South Korea, a strong-willed female manager of a Chinese restaurant, Yun-hee (played by Son Ye-jin), a reserved property team leader and single father, Tae-ho (played by Kim Sang-kyung), an arrogant and impolite socialite, the chairman who looks down on others, and a careless little chef who is always losing things… Different people with various professions and identities walk along their own paths, occasionally intersecting or completely unrelated, unaware that a disaster is about to strike. As night falls and people immerse themselves in the romantic and happy atmosphere created by artificial snowfall, an unexpected incident suddenly occurs. A helicopter specially designed for snow making loses control due to strong air currents and crashes into the building, triggering chaos and an uncontrollable fire. The building, which was just as beautiful as heaven, instantly turns into a cruel hell on earth…
