Detailed introduction

This film (drama)Also known asDobermann,is aFranceProducerwomen sex,At1997Released in year 。The dialogue language isFrench,Current Douban rating6.8(For reference only)。
In the church, the baptized guard dog Doberman is crying loudly. A friend of the guard's father gifts a gun, but it gets bitten by a black dog that rushes in madly from outside the church. The gun flies out and lands on a baby stroller. The guard stops crying and happily plays with the gun. This is a story of a gun and a man... The police chief is furious; this is no simple crime. The guard (played by Vincent Cassel) has a criminal record encompassing robbery, hostage-taking, and murder that could fill a crime anthology, yet each manhunt ultimately fails. Thus, they send in the corrupt, vicious, and ruthless Detective Christiani, who is responsible for all the gangsters' funerals—a Satan with a badge. He has a pathological obsession with torture, stating that raw game is best enjoyed when it is a bit rotten. He tracks the guard's criminal footprints like a dog following a scent. An ultra-realistic lavish party occurs in a hellish bar, where the revelry hides lethal danger. Mobilizing all manpower, firearms, and artillery, yet how easy is it to deal with the guard! Ruthless torture, murder, and gunfire in the bar are no longer surprising. This is a war between men; in the shootout, there is no distinction between good and evil... This film is directed by the French New Wave director—Strong Cool Man, highly praised by Luc Besson. This is his first feature film. The director aims to break traditional moral norms, making the audience feel amused or terrified by the plot's challenges and violence. Strong feels that if a film does not emotionally impact the audience, allowing them to eat popcorn while watching, then he has failed. Similar to Besson's visual style, but its content starkly displays nihilism, chaos, and an anti-social flavor, causing quite a controversy when released in places like France and Japan! Monica Bellucci's image as a bad girl is truly striking; accustomed to the beauties of Sicily, it is shocking at first glance. The style is a complete rebellion, and jokingly speaking, isn't that why they call him Strong Cool Man? Truly cool!
