Due to dissatisfaction with his working conditions, Daffy Duck (voiced by Joe Alaskey) requests to leave Warner Bros. To ensure this troublemaker doesn’t cause any issues outside, the company’s vice president, Kate (played by Jenna Elfman), ostensibly orders the perpetually frustrated extra, Derek (played by Brendan Fraser), to escort Daffy Duck but is actually there to monitor his every move. Derek's father, Damian (played by Timothy Dalton), has been missing for a long time, with the reason linked to a powerful "mystical stone." Upon learning about the secret of the stone, the eager Daffy Duck persuades Derek, and the two embark on a journey to find Damian.
