Nomura Satoshi (played by Yuji Oda) is a civil servant who operates within a strict hierarchical system. Ambitious, Nomura believes he can climb the ranks step by step, ultimately achieving a breakthrough through the major project of "Special Elderly Care Facility Construction," which will elevate him to a position of command.
