Tokyo Meiwa Bank employee Yugo Nakayama (played by Shigeaki Kato) falls to his death. Investigation Division detective Kenichi Itami (played by Kazuhisa Kawahara) leads a team to the scene, where they encounter the troublesome special investigator Akira Iwatsuki (played by Kei Tanaka) from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Cyber Crime Countermeasures Division.
