Member of the Stifler family—Matt (played by Tad Hilgenbrink) is about to enter his senior year. He is envious of the achievements of his family predecessors and is determined to create an exciting personal film. However, Matt's character is hard to appreciate; his arrogance turns the graduation send-off performance into a farce. As punishment for his behavior, the school requires him to join the marching band summer camp, where he reunites with his childhood friend Elise (played by Arielle Kebbel), who is the band’s commander. But Elise despises Matt’s various pranks and their friendship has turned into animosity. Summer camp is of great significance to Elise, who aims to secure a scholarship, but Matt is only focused on using his purchased spy gear to collect material for his risqué little movie or to go against the camp's star members. As Matt's irreverent attitude begins to change, he starts to understand the aspirations of those around him, and the rift between him and Elise gradually begins to close. Will this summer camp become a journey of growth for Matt?
