Mr. Magoo (Leslie Nielsen) is a wealthy billionaire, but in his old age, he not only suffers from severe near-sightedness but also has a bit of confusion, as he mistakenly donates a precious ruby to charity. This act attracts the attention of a criminal gang, who vow to stop at nothing until they get the ruby into their own pockets. After a series of twists and turns, the ruby ends up back with Mr. Magoo. The frustrated criminals devise another plan: they send in the seductive and beautiful woman, Loni (Kelly Lynch), trying to use her charm to win over Mr. Magoo. However, just as Loni is about to succeed, Mr. Magoo's nephew Waldo (Matt Keeslar) sees through the criminals' scheme, and their plan fails once again.
