The film "Trick," which revolves around the theme of fabricated news reports and their ratings, has completed its main casting. Lee Dong-jun, Kang Yi-won, and Kim Tae-hoon have been confirmed to star, and filming will begin on December 7. The movie "Trick" tells the story of Lee Dong-jun's character, Seok-jun, a PD in the news department who becomes a star after reporting an exclusive story about bad food. However, what was thought to be an "exclusive" turns out to be a "false rumor." The food company is found not guilty, and Seok-jun’s reputation is ruined. Years later, Seok-jun, who has returned to work as a PD in the Ministry of Education, advises the "parachute" president that to increase ratings, they should film the diary of Do-jun (played by Kim Tae-hoon), who has six months to live, and his wife Young-ae (played by Kang Yi-won) as a documentary to celebrate the creation of the company. After the program airs, Do-jun and Young-ae's story captures the national audience’s attention, and both the show and the network gain immense popularity and high ratings. However, as Seok-jun's condition worsens, he becomes increasingly sensitive, and filming becomes more challenging. Faced with the crisis of the program being canceled, Seok-jun resolves to film Do-jun's final moments to boost the ratings. What direction will the story take? Kang Yi-won plays the role of "Young-ae," accompanying her husband through the final chapter of his life. Kim Tae-hoon will portray "Do-jun," who is facing the end of his life in six months.
