In an abandoned campus in Roppongi, illegal fighting performances called "Girl's Blood" take place every night, featuring four girls who engage in a clash of their naked hearts and bodies within an iron cage. Yuria Haga, known for her roles in "Kamen Rider 555" and "Kamen Rider Kiva," boldly challenges herself in this film by appearing fully nude as a karateka named Satsuki, who despises women and suffers from "gender identity disorder." Additionally, Mami Tada plays a housewife fighter named Chinatsu, who escapes from her abusive husband; Aya Mizusaki portrays the SM queen Meiko; and Rina Koike plays the OL Mayu who has a Lolita face. This film is a Girls Action, originally based on a novel by Naoki Prize-winning author Ichiru Sakuraba, directed by Koichi Sakamoto, known for his work in special effects action films.
