Ahua (Yan Zhuoling) has shown extraordinary dance talent since childhood. As she grows up, full of passion and enthusiasm for dance, Ahua joins the university dance team BombA. The team leader, Dave (Yang Lewen), recognizes Ahua's talent and they decide to challenge the dominating dance crew Rooftoppers. Unexpectedly, this action leads Ahua to face the biggest failure and setback of her life. Heartbroken, Ahua leaves BombA and later meets the president of the Tai Chi club, Ah Liang (Cai Hanyi), who inspires her with Tai Chi, helping her discover new dance moves and regain her love and confidence in dance. Subsequently, Ahua challenges Rooftoppers once again, but at this critical moment, she is unable to move due to a foot injury, threatening to shatter her long-held dreams.
