Zhou Kai (played by Wang Kai) is involved in smuggling and is arrested and imprisoned by his brother Zhou Chao (played by Ma Tianyu), who is a narcotics officer. Three years later, Zhou Kai is released from prison and vows to turn over a new leaf. His former subordinate A Cang (played by Yu Ailei) has become a drug lord and schemes to harm Zhou Kai in order to obtain his overseas client information.
