In the United States, a country that prides itself on rule of law, the yearly increase in crime rates continues to baffle the police. Veteran officers and fiery young cops may lose their jobs or even end up in prison due to some "excessive" actions. In light of this situation, a group of previously disciplined officers, led by special police officer Jack, spontaneously forms a task force. Ignoring legal constraints, they eliminate one social scourge after another.
