The story takes place at the SWAT training center in Seattle, where Allen (Adrianne Palicki), Ward (Ty Olsson), and Hall (Sam Jaeger) are core members. One day, the team receives a tip-off that a drug deal is happening at an abandoned cargo center, and they immediately spring into action, catching the deal in progress. After an intense gunfight, the team members discover a bound man inside a container, named Scorpion (Michael Jai White), who has a chip implanted in his arm containing all the criminal evidence against the gang. Scorpion becomes the SWAT team's most important witness, but the gang will not stand idly by; they send various hitmen to launch a brutal attack on the training center.
