The story takes place in present-day Brooklyn, where police officer Gino (played by Seagal) was born and raised. He has witnessed all the changes in the area, but there is one thing he cannot tolerate. Gino's childhood rival, Richie, chose a path completely opposite to his, turning the entire neighborhood into a killing ground.
