In a remote place far from the metropolis lies a small town named Hope, but it truly feels like a hell of despair. Led by Derek (Danny Trejo), the gang known as "The Circle" terrorizes the town, killing congressmen, dealing drugs, committing rape, murder, arson, and so forth, leaving no evil unpunished.
