After a sweet honeymoon phase, they quickly enter marriage, but the seven-year itch arrives as expected. Jeong-in becomes a nagging, sharp-tongued shrew who refuses to listen, exhausting Do-hyun with her constant cooking and rapid-fire chatter. Do-hyun applies for a job transfer, but unexpectedly, Jeong-in follows him without permission. Realizing there is no way out, Do-hyun discovers that a charming playboy, Jang Seung-gi (played by Ryu Seung-beom), lives next door, and he decides to hire him to seduce his wife and thus free himself from her. Initially planning to accomplish this in two months, Jang Seung-gi gradually gets close to Jeong-in. Meanwhile, Jeong-in unexpectedly flourishes in the radio job arranged by her husband and becomes a popular DJ, receiving an invitation to develop her career in Seoul. As Jeong-in’s nagging fades, Do-hyun begins to realize his feelings for her. On the other side, the plan to hire a love expert progresses smoothly, and Jang Seung-gi unexpectedly falls in love with Jeong-in and boldly confesses his feelings to her. Now it's Do-hyun who feels helpless; he hopes to earn his wife's forgiveness and is determined to win her back at all costs, but Jeong-in seems resolute about divorce...
