This coming-of-age animated musical comedy tells the story of life in the final year of elementary school, as actor and comedian Adam Sandler (from "Hotel Transylvania" and "The Do-Over") brings classic hilarious moments to audiences through the perspective of a class pet. For decades, the weary 74-year-old lizard Leo (voiced by Sandler) and his tank mate, a turtle (voiced by Bill Burr), have been stuck in the same Florida classroom. After learning that he only has one year left to live, he plans to escape to experience life outside, but gets caught up in the various problems faced by anxious students— including a particularly harsh substitute teacher.
