Snowstorms, hail, tornadoes—these unusual natural phenomena have recently occurred frequently, causing distress and panic among residents. John (played by Ralph Fiennes) is the chief agent of the British intelligence agency. Following orders from his superior, he begins to investigate the truth behind this series of abnormal weather events. With the help of meteorologist Emma (played by Uma Thurman), John unravels the mystery, revealing a former government minister named August (played by Sean Connery). It turns out that all of this is orchestrated by August, who, driven by ambition, attempts to control the entire UK through manipulation of the weather. With the enemy now revealed, how can John and Emma flush him out and bring him to justice?
