The leader of the "Loyalty and Trust" gang, Lian Haolong (played by Sammo Hung), celebrates the birth of his son with a grand feast for the gang members. Although the child is born to his newly acquired concubine (played by Zhang Wencai), the arrival of Lian Haolong's wife Soso (played by Tian Niu) still carries a strong sister-in-law demeanor. However, due to the large number of guests, chaos ensues. During the standoff between the police and the gangsters, Senior Inspector Liao Zhizong (played by Li Xiuxian) steps in to defuse the situation, avoiding a bloody battle.
Lian Haolong's younger brother, Lian Haodong (played by Ren Dahua), is a gambling addict, so Lian Haolong deliberately sets up a scheme to persuade him to quit and deepen their brotherly bond. After a drug deal worth three billion is interrupted by the police, a kidnapping incident involving their Uncle (played by Xu Shaoxiong) occurs. The police's anti-gang operations lead to the downfall of Lian Haolong's henchmen, leaving only the cruel and skilled Luo Tianhong (played by Wu Jing) to narrowly escape. Female officer Lei Meizhen (played by Shao Meiqi) lures the enemy deeper to obtain crucial information, leading the police to enclose the area. Meanwhile, Lian Haolong discovers that there is a traitor among his loyal comrades, who ultimately leads to the downfall of "Loyalty and Trust" and Lian Haolong himself…
