The story takes place a few years after the previous episode, where Egor (Dmitry Martynov) has joined the dark side. Anton (Konstantin Khabenskiy), along with his new girlfriend and apprentice Sveta, serves the forces of the light, while Egor is gradually growing into a powerful young man within the dark camp, secretly protected by his father Anton. The mysterious death of a vampire in the dark camp disrupts the delicate balance between light and dark, and Anton is falsely accused of being the murderer. The tribunal rules that if Anton cannot prove his innocence within a given time frame, a great war between the light and dark factions will be imminent. To prevent this impending catastrophe, Anton begins to search for the ancient artifact known as the Chalk of Destiny, which can change fate and save this crumbling world...
