Seven years have passed, and Carson is finally about to graduate. She suddenly receives a call from her friend Dai-O, who tells her there's an emergency that requires her to come to his house. She can't refuse him, so she rushes over. From his father, she learns that Dai-O wants to pursue a career in law. She tries to comfort him, but he only sobs without giving her any explanation. Three days before graduation, Dai-O takes Carson and their friend Jason to a beach music festival in the North. There they meet Patty. At the festival, they drink and discuss their plans after graduation. Carson learns that Patty is Dai-O's ex-girlfriend who wants to get back together with him. Upon realizing this, Carson feels like her world is collapsing. She gradually sees that Dai-O has no feelings for her. On graduation day, Carson receives another urgent call from Dai-O, inviting her for one last drink. Carson finally wakes up to the reality that to Dai-O, she is just a good friend.
