A story within 24 hours. In search of his missing girlfriend, Lai Fook (played by Daniel Wu) immigrates from the mainland to Hong Kong, finds a job in Mong Kok, and inadvertently becomes a hitman, getting caught up in the bloody chaos of the underworld.
