In America, Chai-Ki Chen, a member of the Ghost Shadow Gang from Chinatown, finds himself at odds with the organization. He returns to Hong Kong hoping to collaborate with the Department of Justice, claiming to have stolen the list of Southeast Asian members of the Ghost Shadow Gang. While seeking government protection, he also attempts to extort Ma Qi, the leader of the Ghost Shadow Gang in Hong Kong. As soon as Chai-Ki Chen disembarks from the plane, he is kidnapped by Ma Qi's men. The Department of Justice, fearing infiltration of the police by the Ghost Shadow Gang, sends two highly skilled women, "Blue Angels," to rescue him. Yuli and Aimee live up to their mission and successfully save Chai-Ki. Chai-Ki reveals that Hong Kong nightclub tycoon Zhu Zhongsheng may be the mastermind behind the Ghost Shadow Gang in East Asia. To gather evidence, Yuli infiltrates Zhu's nightclub. There, Yuli encounters the assassin Michael, who becomes quite fond of her and takes special care of her. Zhu's daughter is very displeased, but she cannot stop Michael's affections for Yuli. After several intense battles, Yuli finds evidence of Zhu's criminal activities and brings him to justice. Michael sacrifices his life while protecting Yuli.
