This time, Flynn Carsen's mission is to explore the legendary location of King Solomon's treasure and uncover the mystery of his own family. His romantic interest is no longer the lovely Nicole Noone (played by Sonya Walger), but a scholarly woman named Emily Davenport (played by Gabrielle Anwar), whose knowledge exceeds even Flynn's imagination! After becoming a "Librarian" last year and successfully completing his first mission, Flynn Carsen has gone through many equally thrilling life-and-death missions to stop evil from invading the world, one of which was to search for the mysterious crystal skull in Utah. More importantly, he has moved out of his mother's house and has his own apartment. However, he is still under the supervision of his "boss" Judson, who tells him, "To make tomorrow better, you must learn to let go of some things." Meanwhile, at Flynn's birthday party, his father’s friend Jerry "Uncle" shares stories of how Flynn's father pursued his mother romantically, and Flynn recalls those absurd "bedtime stories" from his childhood, along with his father's talisman. His mother once said that this item was bought from a second-hand store. When Flynn returns home, he finds that someone has ransacked his apartment. They not only attacked Flynn but also stole a scroll he had received by mail that day, which contained a mysterious symbol. It is said that the map on this scroll records part of the clues to the location of King Solomon's treasure, and Flynn certainly cannot let this group of thieves find the remaining clues, nor can he allow them to claim the treasure for themselves. Judson also tells him that the treasure contains the Book of Solomon, and whoever opens the book can control time and space, so this secret must not be revealed. Flynn sets off for Morocco to search for clues in some Roman ruins. Along the way, he encounters Emily Davenport (Anwar), an archaeologist with three more degrees than Flynn, who speaks eloquently about ancient history, biblical texts, and geography. In their quest for the map, Flynn also discovers that his father's talisman, which was supposed to be a "cheap item," actually holds hidden secrets! The villains constantly threaten them, but Emily remains determined to follow Flynn to Kenya to find the remaining pieces of the map. Ultimately, Jerry "Uncle" appears again…
