Members of the Hong Kong organization "Tong Lian Shun" went to the mainland to purchase the printing plates used for counterfeiting. On their return journey, their leader, Luo Xiang'an (played by Zhang Zhaohui), was captured by the police and ultimately executed. The distribution of the Luo family's inheritance quickly became the focus for key members of the organization, such as A Fu (played by Ren Dahua) and A Xiong. Unexpectedly, under the direction of lawyer Huang (played by Lin Xue), the inheritance was entirely bequeathed to Luo Xiang'an's wife’s brother, Li Ping (played by Liao Bi'er), and Luo Xiangfu. Feeling unfairly treated, A Fu and others harbored their own schemes, while Luo's illegitimate son, A Niu (played by An Zhijie), seemed indifferent, focusing solely on training in combat with Ya Mei (played by Jiang Luxia). Soon after, lawyer Huang met with an accidental death, followed by Luo Xiangfu dying in a car bomb explosion. To avoid becoming a victim in the inheritance conflict, Luo Li Ping decided to leave all properties to charity in her will and sought out A Niu, persuading him to eliminate various leaders of the organization for the sake of family. Consequently, A Niu and Ya Mei swiftly took action against the clan, and during the ensuing bloody battles, the mastermind behind the inheritance struggle gradually came to light...
