The film tells the story of the special forces team "Long Knife," which, after failing in a joint operation, sees Lao Mao (played by Liu Genghong) open a hotpot restaurant in Qing Shui Town with his intellectually impaired brother, Kuan Tou (played by Zhu Furun).
