A-Qin works as a chef in his uncle Fei-Bao's small restaurant. Due to his excellent cooking skills, he is often invited to the homes of wealthy families in town to prepare meals. One day, A-Qin comes to the Dai family to cook, but unexpectedly gets caught up in a treasure dispute. The Dai and Jin families were originally close friends, with a shared treasure from their ancestors depicted on a treasure map, divided equally between the two families.
