Sam and Tusker (played by Firth and Tucci) are a couple who have been together for 20 years. They plan to drive across England to visit friends, family, and places from their past. Since Tusker was diagnosed with early-onset dementia two years ago, their time together has become the most important thing for them. However, as the journey progresses, their thoughts about the future are filled with conflict, past secrets continue to emerge, and their love for each other has never been tested as it is now.
