Amanda (Viola Davis) is the leader of a secret government agency. Faced with the continuous wave of violent terrorist attacks in society, she decides to recruit a group of supervillains who are imprisoned and sentenced to life in prison. They are Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Deadshot (Will Smith), Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney), El Diablo (Jay Hernandez), and Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje). They must confront Enchantress (Cara Delevingne), who possesses powerful magical abilities. She and her brother have created a very dangerous weapon in an attempt to control all of humanity.
