Fashion magazine editor Cheng Yumeng (Ni Ni) had been preparing for a trip to Tuscany, Italy, for months, but her editor-in-chief (Liu Zi) coldly changed it to a travel group to Nepal. Reluctantly, she joins a "big sister group" made up of several older women, the rude rich second generation Wang Can (Jing Bo Ran), and the heartbroken workplace newcomer "Li Riexue" (Liu Yase) to embark on the journey to Nepal. Cheng Yumeng is tasked with writing an article about happiness during this trip, but facing continuous problems, she struggles to write anything. Meanwhile, her travel companions each have their own issues, especially the wealthy Wang Can, who constantly behaves in an annoying manner. As the journey deepens, the two become increasingly antagonistic, but after experiencing many events together, their relationship begins to ease. On the last day before the trip ends, Wang Can invites her to go paragliding for the first time. While waiting for the wind to rise, Cheng Yumeng finally finds inner peace. This film is adapted from the novel "Travelogue, or Guide" by Bao Jingjing, and the title comes from something the paragliding instructor says in the novel.
