"Max Steel" was once a globally popular action figure toy from Mattel, and it was adapted into a television animated series. This live-action movie version's story is originally created by Christopher Yost, the screenwriter of "Thor: The Dark World." The story follows 16-year-old Max McGrath, who lives in a small town with his mother. His scientist father mysteriously died shortly after his birth.
