Female officer Anan (played by Ng Kwan-yu) is clumsy in her actions, and during an operation to capture drug lord Chen Liang, she accidentally causes the death of her father, Sir Fung. From then on, Anan trains hard, hoping to avenge her father. She uses drug dealer Fei Qi’s (played by Cheng Kui-an) mistress Ah Zhen (played by Bai Anni) as an informant and learns of Fei Qi's dealings with Chen Liang. Anan volunteers to join the capture operation but is suppressed by her boss, Tiger Dog (played by Liu Zhenwei), who seeks personal revenge. Anan takes matters into her own hands but once again leads to Chen Liang's escape. Worried about Ah Zhen's safety, Anan watches over her with her colleague Li Chan (played by Lin Xiaolou) and, after multiple pleas from Ah Zhen, steals drugs for her when she suffers from withdrawal. That night, Fei Qi finds Ah Zhen and brutally beats her, then surrounds Anan and Li Chan. As a result, Li Chan dies, and after escaping, Anan is framed by Tiger Dog. Left with no choice, Anan escapes from the police station to find Fei Qi's younger brother Xiao Xian (played by Zhou Xingchi), which is her last chance to redeem herself…
