CHOI Ik-ho (played by Lee Jeong-jae) is a novice in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. One day, his brother suddenly disappears, suspected to be involved in a wrongful conviction and targeted by the police. After the police determine that Ik-ho is a suspect in the murder, they arrest him. Ik-ho receives a mysterious phone call from Ace (played by Shin Ha-kyun), the manager of an illegal gambling den, who has created his "GAME" using high technology and closed-circuit television to capture any small movements of his pieces. The special feature of the GAME is that the pieces are real people. Ik-ho’s brother has been kidnapped, compelling Ik-ho to become their new piece. Ik-ho is instructed to contact Su-kyung (played by BoA) to save his brother and must follow her commands. He needs to find his brother’s location in a massive football field, while a bomb strapped to his ankle is on a countdown. Ik-ho’s attempt to get through the challenges pushes Ace to the edge.
