Video game champion Max Troy is invited by game development company Sentinel to test their latest first-person shooter, only to discover that everything happening in the game reflects in the real world. He soon realizes that the protagonist of the game is Orson Creed, a former employee of Sentinel, who is being remotely controlled by the company for unknown reasons. Max and Orson must team up to investigate the conspiracy behind the game company and stop the game from hitting the market.
