Josh (played by Ben Stiller) is a diligent building manager of a high-end apartment complex, who has spent years leading his staff to ensure the safety of the residents and provide them with a comfortable living environment. Suddenly, one day, Arthur (played by Alan Alda), a billionaire investment mogul living on the top floor, is taken away by the police, accused of stealing $2 billion from investors. This leaves Josh and his colleagues at a loss, as this amount includes their retirement funds. However, the stolen $2 billion is hidden by Arthur in an unknown location, likely in his home.
