The most precious gem in the world is undoubtedly the diamond, which has brought countless thieves to their knees; however, the value of black diamonds is even more immeasurable. Led by Anthony (played by DMX), a group of thieves is infiltrating a building to steal a rare black diamond, intending to hand it over to a middleman for resale to a mysterious buyer, but their calls are intercepted by Taiwanese agent Su (played by Jet Li) on the other end, who comes to claim the black diamond.
