Ah Ling (played by Cheng Yiu Ling) is an experienced interior designer. By chance, she meets her colleague Ah Yau (played by Jacky Cheung), and due to a small misunderstanding, they have a fierce argument, leading Ah Ling to develop a strong dislike for this arrogant and rude man.
