On a calm day, a sudden commotion erupted in the police station. It turns out that Detective Fujita Ninsaburo (played by Masakazu Tamura) is missing, causing panic and speculation from all sides. According to his good partner, Shintaro Imaizumi (played by Masahiko Nishimura), after solving the case of Futsu Futaba (played by Tomoko Yamaguchi) (SP Goodbye for a While), Fujita went to a villa owned by the manga artist Chitose Koishikawa (played by Akina Nakamori) and has since vanished without a trace. To uncover the truth, the police investigated all the criminals Fujita had previously apprehended, including Chitose Chinami, Uko Nakamura (played by Masakatsu Sakai), and Kiyoshi Kuroda (played by Ken Ishiguro).
