It tells the story of two clumsy thieves, Bao Ge and Hou Qi, who accidentally acquire a pair of antique blue-and-white porcelain basins. During the transaction, one of the basins is unexpectedly lost. While the two thieves are searching for the lost basin, they collide with a well-known local bicycle racer, Ding Yong, and a glasses-wearing, wealthy man who keeps a mistress, which results in another basin being broken.
